This is a very rare, pre reed valve 1972 Yamaha CS5 200 two stroke motorcycle
There is a following for these bikes and racing class for them. You would be hard-pressed to find another for sale in any condition, anywhere. Like with the Yamaha RD series which came after it, not many of these old two strokes survived.
The bike is in need of a complete restoration (which are shop can perform for you, for a very reasonable $60 per hour labor rate). All the parts are included with sale, the bike is only missing its tail light lens.
The bike kicks over and has compression. We have a clean Washington State title which comes with the bike.
