Listed is a 1998 Yamaha R1 . I purchased it a couple of years ago to to see if I still had an interest in riding again, as I have been without a bike for close to 10 years. This bike is truly a beast and I am hooked an have committed to a new model for the spring. This bike was dropped “once” by the previous owner. The pictures show the dent in the tank, which is the worst of it. When I purchased the bike, the previous owner gave me the plastic that was cracked and removed from the bike. I never had any downtime so never fixed or put it back on. I have all that was given to me. Mechanically this bike is great shape. I have a difficult time keeping the front wheel on the ground at lights. Great bike for either someone in my situation, or with a little plastic work, it can be restored to new.
